This is an old trick Eve cake decorated in 1950, from round and square were cut off from the masses. I modify it to work in a cookie.
ReplyDeleteForm cookie dough into a ball and roll in a big circle. Half-circles at an angle on each side of the wider so that the bottom of the circle is cut a point.
Place the half circle to form a heart, press dough firmly together and cook. Spread frost with white frosting and coconut pink.
It is a very nice cake, and a nice sugar or candy.
You go to a specialty store for kitchen and buy a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Then roll the dough on a greased cookie sheet and press the desired number of cookies and bake. if you want it to look decorative, puts them in a basket lined with red tissue paper and serve. I could not make large cookies, but a few and it should work equally well.
