Save on your desk, waiting for it to end (not close the browser, during) the download, then right click and run as administrator and you should be able to install without problems.
Filename Worldofwarcraft.temp means that you do not have a full installation of WoW. The installer should then remove the WoW. Temp file extension automatically.
