I have the tea bags Bell Master Herbalist and I wonder, is it safe for my eight years in order to drink, the ingredients are listed as follows: anise, fennel, chamomile, caraway, dill, cumin, comfrey, fenugreek, mint, ginger, sage, elm, saffron and orange zest.
